Less than a week after a double homicide in Ambridge, police are investigating a shooting involving juveniles, on Friday afternoon.
One young person was shot multiple times on Merchant Street near and auto parts store just before noon.
The victim was flown by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital. His condition is unknown.
Another juvenile that was with the victim was not hit.
The suspected shooter is in custody.
Last Sunday, 54-year-old Andre Littles and 38-year-old Ashley Delucca were fatally shot on Locust Street in Ambridge in the early morning hours.
Two teenagers were inside the home at the time of the shooting but they were not hurt.
The suspected shooter, 39-year-old Howard Thomas Jr. was arrested in Ohio.
