UPDATE: Police say the boy died at the hospital.
Police are investigating after a juvenile was shot Tuesday morning in Allentown.
It happened just before 10:45 a.m. on the 700 block of Excelsior Street.
When police arrived, they found a male who had been shot in the chest. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made. An investigation is ongoing.
