KDKA-TV has announced the newest member of its First Alert Weather team.
Meteorologist Rob Wilson will make his Pittsburgh debut on Saturday, October 25.
Wilson brings over 20 years of experience to KDKA-TV. That includes over a decade in Erie, PA as WICU’s Chief meteorologist.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Rob to KDKA,” said Cathy Noschese, vice-president and news director of KDKA CBS News Pittsburgh. “His experience, professionalism, and genuine connection with viewers reflect the values we hold at KDKA. Rob’s passion for weather and storytelling will be a great asset to our team and to the Pittsburgh community.”
Wilson says on his Facebook page that he is also a financial advisor and that he will continue to do and will be filling in when needed at KDKA-TV.
