Police have arrested and charged an Apollo man after a victim escaped a kidnapping in Arnold.
Police say the victim told them that 41-year-old Ryan Dunsworth dragged her out of her vehicle by her hair.
Dunsworth drove her to a residence on Kenneth Avenue where the victim was able to escape and fled to the Arnold police station.
Police observed a cut and some bleeding on the victim’s forehead.
Police have charged Dunsworth with kidnapping, robbery, obstructing emergency vehicles, simple assault, harassment, and stalking.
