A woman was shot in the chest early Friday in Knoxville.
Police say it happened around 1:15 during a domestic incident in an apartment on Knox Avenue.
Officers found the woman outside on the sidewalk, applied a chest seal and began CPR.
EMS transported her to a hospital in critical condition.
29-year-old Jazmine Brown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
