A road in Banksville is closed until further notice due to a large water main break.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says it happened Wednesday morning at the intersection of Potomac Avenue and Old Banksville Road.
Three homes have “minor flooding damage” and a natural gas company was on the scene after a reported smell of gas.
Pittsburgh Police, Fire and EMS, along with Pennsylvania American Water are on the scene, working to fix the issue.
Drivers are asked to find alternate routes during the closure.
