A high school teacher at Laurel Highlands has been charged with unlawful contact with minors and corruption of minors according to PA State Police in Uniontown.
Martin Gatti was immediately placed on administrative leave and removed him from his position.
Troopers say the assault were committed against a student at Laurel Highlands.
The Fayette County District Attorney's office praised troopers for their thorough investigation and the bravery of alleged victim to come forward and report the allegations.
This is still an active investigation.
