According to KDKA TV's Andy Sheehan, the suspect wanted in connection with the explosion in Lawrenceville on Sunday has turned himself into police.

Lawrenceville resident Charles Baker is reportedly in the Allegheny County Jail waiting to be arraigned.

He is suspected of throwing an explosive device from a moving vehicle Sunday night.

Nobody was injured in the explosion, but a parked car did sustain damage.

SWAT officers surrounded a row house in Lawrenceville searching for Baker yesterday but he wasn't there. Sources say officers found an assault-type rifle and bomb-making equipment inside.

Pittsburgh Police, the FBI and the ATF investigated the incident along with a separate explosion reported the same night in the Hill District.

The Hill District incident turned out to be an aerial firework according to officials.
