Lawyers defending the man charged in the fatal shooting of David Magill, the owner of Mogie's Irish Pub in Lower Burrell, says their client is not competent to stand trial.
Nathan Salem's legal team is waiting for the judge to rule on getting Salem mental health care.
In February, all charges against him, including first-degree murder, were held for court.
Salem is accused of gunning down David Magill around 9 a.m. outside the bar on December 21, 2023.
