The LeMont has a new Executive Chef.

Roley Johnson, who has been with the Mount Washington restaurant for 25 years, steps into the role following the passing of previous Executive Chef, Robert Vargo, in August.


Roley is debuting his new fall menu of customer favorites which includes oysters bienville, pumpkin bisque, apple bourbon chicken, butternut squash ravioli with sage cream sauce and, for dessert: a pumpkin and vanilla spiced layered pie.
