The lineup for the 2024 Pittsburgh Juneteenth Parade is now in place.
The parade is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, starting at 11a.m., and will march from Freedom Corner through Downtown to Point State Park.
Organizers have announced that Tuskegee Airman Colonel James Harvey will serve as grand marshal.
Col. Harvey, raised in Pennsylvania, is a 100-year-old World War II and Korean War veteran.
At the end of the parade, there will be a special military recognition of Col. Harvey for his years of service.
