A Jefferson Hills care home was shut down over the weekend.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health says Jefferson Hills Healthcare and Rehab nursing home had an emergency staffing shortage and the 45 residents were relocated.
Bonomour Health Group operates the care home and allegedly has failed to pay some employees.
