A local Long John Silver's location has been ordered closed by the Allegheny County Health Department.
The location in Scott Township was ordered to close due to a sewage backup on Friday.
“This is an imminent hazard due to a sewage system failure. The facility is unable to continue to use plumbing fixtures,” the inspection report reads.
There were other low and medium risks reports including issues with cold water in a men’s room, food debris in walk-in cooler and some uncovered foods.
The location also had some sanitation violations including issues with garbage, floors, walls and lighting.
As of Monday, May 8, the restaurant is still closed, according to the County’s website.
