Some people in the Franklin Regional area were surprised Wednesday morning along the road.
A loose cow was spotted on Hills Church Road around 7:50 a.m. in Murrysville.
A woman named Jennifer tells KDKA Radio the cow was “just hanging out” while she was taking her kids to school.
One person posted on Facebook that the cow made it back to its home, but that’s unconfirmed.
