A PA Lottery Scratch-Off ticket worth $1 million was sold just north of Pittsburgh
The “All Cash” winning-ticket was sold at Belmont II Bowling Center on North Main Street Extension in Butler.
“All Cash” is a $20 game that offers a top prize of $1 million.
Winners should sign the back of the ticket.
Also, winners of Scratch-Off tickets have one year from the game’s end-sale date to claim their prize. Sale end-dates are posted on the Lottery’s website.
