It survived the most recent round of store closures, but there are new questions about the future of the Macy's store at the Pittsburgh Mills.

The Pittsburgh Business Times is reporting that Macy's has put its property at the mall up for sale, describing it as a "redevelopment opportunity" for the potential buyer.

Macy’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods are the only two anchor stores left at the mall that opened 20 years ago.

Late last year, Macy’s said that around 150 store locations across the country would be closing over the next three years.

66 of those stores have been announced. The closed one to Pittsburgh that is closing is in Altoona.
