Maggie's Farm Distillery closing Upper St. Clair restaurant

Maggie's Farm Distillery is closing its South Hills restaurant.

The Upper St. Clair facility will focus on rum production and event rentals.

Tours, tastings and limited retail hours will continue weekly.

“Running a restaurant is hard at the best of times, but between the recent economic uncertainty and rise in food costs, we have had to take a hard look at what we want for the future of Maggie’s Farm Rum,” the Distillery’s owner Tim Russell wrote on Facebook.

The distiller's Strip District bar and retail location will continue to operate unchanged.
