UPDATE: All lanes of the Parkway North have reopened.
A crash has shut down the Parkway North.
I-279 is closed between the East Street exit down to the I-579 Veterans Bridge exit.
Several emergency crews are on the scene.
Traffic is jammed back nearly to McKnight Road on the inbound side.
No word on any injuries.
To detour, exit at Venture Street and take East Street to the North Shore, but avoid the area entirely, if possible.
