The man facing a dozen charges in a fatal wrong way accident on the Parkway earlier this month is an undocumented immigrant.
That's according to the Allegheny County District Attorney's office.
Pedro Morales was in court today for a hearing on the charges stemming from the April 13 accident that claimed the lives of Shannon Warrow and Sharon Orlofske.
State police say Morales was heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of the highway.
Currently, bail is denied for Morales and his hearing has been continued until June 6.
