A West Mifflin man is accused of firing an AR-15 assault rifle outside a Homestead club early Sunday morning.
50-year-old Santana Cabrera was denied bail, described as “a threat to the community” and is in the Allegheny County Jail.
Police say Cabrera opened fire outside the Homestead Slavs Club, hitting several vehicles.
Cabrera reportedly reached for a gun as he was being arrested.
Charges include felony aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for the December 20.
