In Westmoreland County, a man accused of placing an explosive device under a lawnmower belonging to his former landlord has been ordered to stand trial.
All criminal charges against 54-year-old James Sever of New Alexandria - including attempted homicide, were held for trial.
The landlord, who was injured as a result of the explosion, testified at Monday's hearing.
The victim told police Sever was angry that he was evicted and made several threats against him.
The incident happened in July and Sever was on the run for nearly two months before being spotted by an off-duty trooper and eventually captured in Indiana County.
