Man accused of shattering McDonald Police cruiser arrested

A man wanted for vandalizing a police car in McDonald Borough is in custody.

Back in April we reported that McDonald police were looking for a man who had shattered the window of a police cruiser.

The Department says working with PA State Police, Mount Pleasant and the Mid-Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network, they've been able to locate the suspect, identified as Jacob Tigner of McDonald who had fled to Dallas County, Iowa.

McDonald Police say Tigner was the subject of multiple criminal investigations and is facing felony drug, domestic violence, terroristic threats and other charges.

He was extradited to Pennsylvania and is now being held in the Washington County Jail.

Police declined an interview request, saying it remains an active investigation.
