A search warranted was obtained after police found crack cocaine, methamphetamines, heroin, MDMA and marijuana displayed in open.
The drugs were near medical equipment that is used by a least one of the twin 3-year-old boys who live inside the house.
The legal guardian of the children, 23-year-old Aniya Macon was also arrested and is charged with endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.
Stanley faces child endangerment charges, possession with intent to deliver and other charges.
