A man is in custody following an armed robbery and police chase Monday night.
44-year-old Jason Fields is accused in a holdup around 6:30 p.m. at Pizza Hut in the 4700 block of Baum Boulevard in Bloomfield.
Officers spotted a car linked to the robbery and the ensuing chase went to the Penn Hills area.
Fields' vehicle crashed in the area of Lincoln and Verona roads where police recovered a firearm and money.
He's facing robbery, reckless driving and other charges.
