Allegheny County Police have arrested a man accused of an assault in Swissvale last summer.
40-year-old Vance Hall, of Monroeville, was arrested on Wednesday, accused of assaulting another man in a parking lot on the 1900 block of McCague Street on August 12, 2023
The victim was found unconscious and taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
Police way Hall beat and robbed the victim near GoodFellas Restaurant and Tavern.
Detectives discovered that Hall and the victim has been involved in business transactions in the past.
Hall is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and robbery.
