A man is in custody after a fatal stabbing in East Allegheny New Year’s Eve.
Pittsburgh Police 33-year-old Martin Lopez Hernandez of Pittsburgh was arrested after the stabbing around 9:15 p.m.
It happened in the 800 block of Suismon Street. An adult man was found in the basement with multiple stab wounds.
Hernandez is charged with criminal homicide and is currently being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
