Bethel Park Police announced the arrest of a man who allegedly tried to force his way into a women's vehicle at South Hills Village Mall.
30-year-old Rodrick Hatten of Texarkana, Arkansas was located and found in possession of suspected narcotics and paraphernalia.
He was charged with attempted robbery of a vehicle, and disorderly conduct and drug violations. Hatten had several bench warrants and no Pennsylvania address.
