Police have arrested a man for allegedly taking photos of young girls inside the South Hills Target.
Police say Michael Behun was confronted by a group of women at the store who accused him of taking pictures of their daughters
Officers later found child pornography on his phone.
He’s facing more than a dozen child pornography charges.
