A man is being charged in a fatal pedestrian incident in Moon Township last year.
Police say Hampartsoum Nazarian was driving 74-miles-per-hour on University Boulevard at the time Tyler Drake was struck.
Drake was at work as part of University was closed for tree-cutting in November 2022.
Nazarian is facing homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and other charges.
