A man who was charged this week with homicide in connection with a deadly crash in North Versailles back in April is now in custody.
The Allegheny County Sheriff's office says Aaron Butler surrendered to deputies Friday morning.
He's charged with Homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and DUI following the crash on Crooked Run Road in which 66-year-old Tammy Chonko was killed.
