A Georgia man is charged with homicide, accused of hiding the victim's body under an 18-wheeler in Carrick.
Police say Steven Thomas pushed Vaughan Leroy backwards during an altercation on February 27.
The criminal complaint says Leroy fell and died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Thomas told police he put Leroy's body in a travel duffel and left it under the trailer behind a former grocery store on Brownsville Road.
The body was discovered Monday night. Thomas is charged with criminal homicide, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse and has a preliminary hearing next week.
