A house fire claimed the life of a man Monday morning in Pittsburgh's Homewood South neighborhood.
Crews were first called to the scene in the 500 block of Clawson Street around 3:20am.
Firefighters found a man on the second floor of the home. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
By 4am, crews had the fire under control.
Officials are investigating to determine what caused the fire.
