A man from the Atlanta area was in Allegheny County Jail Monday morning after he was arrested at Acrisure Stadium during the Steelers game Sunday.

33-year-old Richard Bryant of Fairburn, Georgia faces a misdemeanor charge of defiant trespassing.

According to court records Bryant was held on nonmonetary bail.

According to records, Bryant was reportedly swinging a towel around, hitting people near him in section 133 around 1:40 p.m.

He was escorted out of the stadium and officially ejected and was not allowed to reenter the stadium.

Then just after 3:20 p.m., officers once again found Bryant in section 133.

He was once again kicked out and was not released from police custody because of a “lack of adherence to police authority” and having an out of state license.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 9.
