Allegheny County Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death inside a vehicle in Wilkinsburg.
Officers were called to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue just after 7:30 Tuesday morning, where the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives say the man had been shot multiple times.
