The man who was struck by a vehicle and killed Sunday in Coraopolis has been identified by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office as 61-year-old Ulises Montalvo.
Montalvo was run down a little after 8:30 Sunday night and the driver has since been detained by ICE after.
