Man killed in Ambridge shooting Tuesday afternoon

A shooting in Ambridge Tuesday afternoon has claimed the life of a 26-year-old man.

Ambridge Police Chief John DeLuca tells KDKA-TV that a person is in custody in connection with the fatal shooting on Church Street.

DeLuca added it looks like, at this point, that the suspect went to the victim's house.

It is also believed the shooter and the victim and shooter knew each other.
