The man who was shot and killed Sunday night on Webster Avenue in the Hill District has been identified.
The Medical Examiner's office identifies him as 35-year-old Philip Griffin of McKees Rocks.
Police say Griffin had been shot several times. First responders performed CPR until medics arrived and took Griffin to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
So far, no arrests have been made.
