A 19-year-old pleaded guilty to third degree murder in the shooting death of an Oliver Citywide Academy student who was killed in a school van while waiting to go home last year.
Eugene Watson had been charged along with his younger brother Brandon for the death of Marquis Campell back in January of last year.
Brandon Watson was initially charged as an adult with homicide.
Those charges were withdrawn and he's now charged with conspiracy to commit third degree murder.
Deputy DA Stephanie Ramaley says video footage shows Eugene Watson was the shooter.
Ramaley said the plea deal had been in the works for some time.
