A man was shot and killed early Sunday in Stowe Township.
Allegheny County Police say the shooting happened around 4:30 a.m. at a home on McKinnie Avenue.
39-year-old Carlo Stanford was pronounced dead at the scene.
34-year-old Curtis Horne-Baker was arrested in Wilkinsburg on Sunday afternoon and is facing homicide, burglary and gun charges.
