Police: Man stabs another man assaulting a woman in East Hills

Police are investigating a stabbing incident in East Hills late Monday night. It happened on the 2200 block of Wilner Drive.

Officials says one man stabbed another man who had been assaulting a woman.

The stabbing victim was injured in his chest back and head.

Police say the alleged stabber has been cooperating with their investigation and stayed on the scene.
