Pittsburgh Police are investigating an early-morning shooting in the Manchester neighborhood.
Police initially responded to ShotSpotter alerts for multiple rounds fired in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, but were then directed to calls for a male who had been struck by gunfire in the area of Decatur and Fulton Streets.
The victim told officers he had been struck by shots fired from a moving vehicle, but did not provide a description of the vehicle. He was treated for a graze wound to the arm and transported to a local hospital by medics in stable condition. Police are investigating the incident.
