A Mercer County man disqualified from an Ohio fishing tournament for putting weights inside the walleyes he caught is in new trouble.

Chase Cominsky is facing poaching and other charges, accused of taking several antlered Whitetail deer after shooting hours, or out of season and without a valid license.

Game wardens say the 36-year-old Hermitage man did it over a period of eight years.

Last year in September, Cominsky was sentenced to 10 days in jail, and a year-and-a-half of supervised release for cheating in the fishing contest.

Cominsky also forfeited the $130,000 boat he used during the tournament.

Eight months before that, Cominsky and his 18-year-old son were charged after being accused of passing fake $100 bills.
