An inmate died at the Allegheny County Jail Thursday and has been identified.
Officials say a drug screen of the 60-year-old man, Tim Manio of Dormont indicated the presence of drugs and a detox protocol was ordered.
Later, the man was found unresponsive.
CPR efforts were unsuccessful. The Medical Examiner's Office is expected to release the man's name as well as the cause and manner of death.
