Pennsylvania's attorney general says a felon who had several firearms and tens of thousands of fentanyl doses has been arrested in Clairton.
28-year-old Ismail Hamlin was arrested at his home where officers say they found hundreds of bricks of fentanyl, three assault rifles, two handguns, a Glock switch, a large amount of ammo and almost $20,000 in cash.
Hamlin is in jail without bond, facing numerous felonies and misdemeanors.
“This arrest is a testament to the value of law enforcement agencies working together to remove dangerous drug traffickers, and the poisons they distribute, from Pennsylvania communities,” Attorney General Dave Sunday said. “I commend the officers who collaborated to seize the illegally possessed firearms and ammunition, and enough fentanyl doses to inflict widespread devastation.”
