
Police are investigating after a restaurant in Oakland was robbed over the weekend.
Pittsburgh Police say it happened just before 12:45 a.m. early Saturday morning at Layne’s Chicken Fingers on the 3600 block of Forbes Avenue.
Employees told police that a man walked into the restaurant with an AK-47-style riffle and pillowcase.
He told the workers to go into the kitchen, demanding the manager give him the money from the register.
The unknown actor fled went through the back of the building o Euler way.
The amount of money taken was not disclosed and a description of the robbery is unknown.
