UPDATE: Pittsburgh Police have a man in custody facing homicide charges accused of killing his roommate. During a news conference on Wednesday afternoon, acting Chief Jason Lando said 44-year-old Eric Henderson was arrested in Bellevue.
A man is dead after he was found hit in the head at a Bloomfield home Tuesday night.
Police say it happened just before 9 p.m. on the 200 block of South Aiken Avenue.
The man has been identified as 62-year-old Timothy Moran.
He was found unresponsive and bleeding from the head after sustaining significant head trauma.
He was dead by the time medics arrived on the scene.
The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
Police swept the home looking for any additional victims or suspects.
