The Mars Area School District and a bus company are being sued following a deadly school bus accident in Adams Township earlier this month.
Seven elementary students were injured and the bus driver died several days after the crash on Three Degree Road.
The lawsuit contends the school district and bus company failed to protect students by allowing the driver to return to duty after he was involved in other accidents.
