A man was caught on camera Monday evening in Downtown Pittsburgh completely nude, changing close at a bus stop.
NewsRadio KDKA’s Marty Griffin reports a woman sent her the footage and that the incident took place near Smithfield Street and Fort Pitt Boulevard.
Griffin says he has received negative feedback, but believes its important that the public is made aware of the situation that some people are facing.
He adds the woman that sent him the photo told him the man was yelling and that it frightened her.
Griffin says that the issue with homeless people and other in need isn’t just a Pittsburgh issue but is a national issue.
“There’s no way in hell that a guy that has all of his faculties is going to be naked downtown changing clothes,” said Griffin. “He needs help, he needs counseling.”
