The hit show “Mayor of Kingstown”, starring Jeremy Renner is returning to Pittsburgh for a fifth and final season.
Paramount announced the series, crated by Taylor Sheridan and Hug Dillon, will be made up of eight final episodes.
Renner stars at Mike McLusky in the crime thriller about the business of imprisonment in the fictional town of Kingstown, Michigan.
The show also introduced Edie Falco, Lennie James and Laura Benanti last season.
Much of the show is filmed in Southwestern Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh area.
The Pittsburgh Film Office says production for season five will return soon and season four brought in over $95 million to the Pittsburgh reason.
Production is expected to begin in the next few months.
