A man accused of attempting to expose himself to the public has been arrested.
McKees Rocks Police say William Unrue was near Island Avenue and Churchill Street recently naked from the waist down.
He was trying to expose himself to people driving by.
Police say Unrue has been arrested in the past for similar behavior.
He was arrested, arraigned and then released on non-monetary bail.
